Got A Problem With Our Trash Hauler? Here Is Your Contact
Interstate Waste Services, Inc. hauls our trash. I’ve had a repeated service problem with my tote being taken off the sidewalk and left in the lane of traffic. FYI: Garden Street has no shoulder in the westbound lane. When I complained a year ago, it got resolved, and then the problem came back. My tote got smashed by a car a few months back. I fixed it, so it didn’t cost me much, but if they would have just put it back on the sidewalk, that would not have happened. When I asked the man on truck to put the tote on the sidewalk he said,
“We don’t have to put it back on the sidewalk.” Hence my complaint.
