The Last of Three Programs Celebrating 250 years at the Mt Holly Meeting House
The Friends Meeting of Mount Holly announces the last of three programs in celebration of 250 years at the Mt Holly Quaker Meetinghouse! Sat, November 15 (10am-3:30pm) will be present:
Celebrating 250 Years of History and Connection: The Quaker Experience
The day will feature speakers including
Eileen Flanagan, who is a modern-day Quaker activist, facilitator, and teacher, She has also written several books, including Common Ground, which tells about grassroots organizing against companies most responsible for climate change. Also speaking will be Clerk of Philadelphia Yearly Meeting, Christie Duncan-Tessmer, as well as speakers on the history of Quakerism and the Mt Holly Meetinghouse.
There will be a luncheon and music, among other treats!
